Skye One Seven
Merit Projects has been awarded the contract to build forty two
luxury one and two bedroom apartments and one commercial tenancy
for Metro Properties at 17 Wickham Street East Perth. The design by
Studio Di Architettura will consist of three stories of undercroft
and ground level parking including stores and car stackers and a
further seven stories of apartments ranging from 59 to 126 square
meters. The structural design of the building by Peritas Group will
be achieved using contiguous piling, insitu concrete and AFS
walling.
