28 Troode Street
Merit Projects has been awarded the contract to build a
three level office development for Ascot Capital at 28 Troode
Street, West Perth. The four star NABERS energy rated design by The
Buchan Group, will be comprised of a basement car park
accommodating 40 vehicles and two floors of office space
accommodating 2,150 square meters of net lettable area. The
structure of the building will be achieved using insitu concrete
and the elevations using double glazed curtain walling, composite
aluminium cladding and xlerplate weathering steel.
