Halcyon House is a four and a half star NABER energy rated office building situated in West Perth's Campbell Street. The Building consists of a five storey 6,000 sqm office, an adjacent four story carpark and elevated walkway bridge to an existing office. The attractive and efficient building was achieved using a reinforced concrete frame with double glazed curtain walling and Alpolic cladding to spandrels and soffits.

In 2009 Merit completed the eight storey Wood Group House in Murray St Perth. The building offeres 5,600 square meters of nett lettable area and one level of underground parking on a 868 square meter site. The structure was built using pre cast walls and floors with extensively deep piled foundations and the façade completed in curtain wall glazing and alpolic cladding.

Located on a 10,000 square meter site at Murdoch University's Curtin Campus, the Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers Head Office offers three 2,000 square meter floors of attractive office space. The building was constructed from a unique combination of reinforced concrete frame and tilt panels. The project also included extensive paving and landscaping, climate controlled IT facilities and an open entry foyer with reception.

In 2011 Merit Projects was awarded the contract to build a three level office development for Ascot Capital at 28 Troode Street, West Perth. The four star NABERS energy rated design by The Buchan Group, consists of a basement car park accommodating 40 vehicles and two floors of office space accommodating 2,150 square meters of net lettable area. The structure of the building was achieved using insitu concrete and the elevations using double glazed curtain walling, composite aluminium cladding and xlerplate weathering steel. At the time of writing the entire building is leased by Capricorn Society Limited.

In April, 2011 Merit completed a new head office for the not-for-profit Active Foundation. The three story office is located in Cambridge Street, Wembley on a 4,000 square meter site and delivers 7,000 square meters of net lettable area and car parking. The building was achieved using a combination of insitu and pre-cast concrete, curtain wall glazing and exotec cladding and a steel roof structure.

In 2012 Merit completed the Hodge Collard Preston designed REIWA House at 215 Hay Street Subiaco. The attractive three storey office with basement and ground floor parking offers REIWA approximately 2100 square meters of office space and 37 car bays between the Perth CBD and Subiaco. The structure consists of insitu concrete to basement and ground floor transfer slab and precast concrete to upper floors and walls. The facade was achieved using curtain wall glazing, alpolic cladding and built up texture paint to pre-cast concrete fascia panels.

In 2015 Merit was contracted by I Corp investments to build a commercial development at 389 Oxford Street Mount Hawthorn. The attractive building with city views and efficient use of space was designed by Meyer Shircore & Associates. The ground floor of the building is dedicated to the entrance foyer, two smaller consulting tenancies and secure parking with rear lane access. The entire first and second floors can be let as single tenancies of approximately 750 square meters each. The structure of the building designed by Calibre Consulting utilises insitu concrete flooring and pre-cast concrete panels. The facade is achieved with selected OKO skin and aluminium composite cladding.

The 5,000 sqm site in the Herdsman commercial precinct was developed into a versatile three storey office with approximately 3,500 sqm of net lettable area and surrounding parking and landscaping. Designed by Meyer Shircore, the building was constructed using tilit panels cast insitu and erected on site. The facade was achieved through a combination of alpolic, curtain wall glazing and polished concrete.

The Garden Office Park situated on the corner of Scarborough Beach Road and Harborne Street, Osborne Park is a complex of office buildings integrated with undercover parking, garden areas, eating facilities and a pool and tennis court. Merit was engaged in 2000 to add a fourth building which comprises two stories of undercroft parking and four stories of office space on a 5,000 sqm site. The office was completed using pre-cast wall and floor elements built off site and erected in place.

Port Bouvard House previoulsy known as Troika House is a three storey office development on Melville Parade, Como. Merit was involved in the structural design and built the complex using a combination of tilt-up and pre-cast concrete panels. The intricate façade was achieved using stainless steel louvres and ballustrading.
