REIWA House
Merit Projects has been awarded the contract to build a four
storey office development for the Real Estate Institute of Western
Australia. The site is located at 215 Hay Street Subiaco and
construction is due to commence on the 8th of March. The building
consists of pre-cast walls and floors, a structural steel roof and
a facade of aluminium composite cladding and curtain wall
glazing.
